The World Minifootball Association is the highest authority of minifootball in the world. It isn’t recognised by FIFA but it is a force on its own with more than 700 players from 32 countries descending into Perth, hoping to take home the prized World Cup.
Minifootball is becoming one of the most popular sports that anyone can play, no matter your gender, age, fitness or race. Minifootball eliminates all difference and just focuses on the game! There are more than 35,000 official WMF facilities worldwide and over 1.7million ameteur players.

The Czech football team are the current holders of the World Cup, having stolen it from the United States who won in 2017. Australia came in 7th place behind Hungary, Tunisia, Spain, Senegal, and Mexico who were second in both 2017 and 2015 World Cup Tournaments.
