Ten minutes walk to South Beach and 500 metres South Fremantle’s famous WILD bakery, this place is usually unavailable for short term rental. For a limited period you can now rent this oasis for a medium term stay. Next available February 2024.
While there is one undercover car bay here that will fit a standard sized vehicle, there is no real need for a car, with Public transport is close by. Buses including the free CAT bus traverse Hampton Road and the Fremantle train station is two kilometres away for wider Perth access.

Enter through the carport into an open plan space with long terrazzo table and four comfortable tub chairs.
The Frangipani apartment is a work in progress with the kitchen being very functional but without the finishing touches.
Cook on the brand new free standing Italian range with five gas burners and a large oven! You’ll love the walk in pantry complete with pantry staples. There’s a small washing up area and large butchers block prep station. A dishwasher and enormous refrigerator with doube doors top and bottom complete this space.
There are tiled floors with rugs throughout and the master bedroom has a double bed with walk in storage. There’s a bathroom with separate toilet and cleverly the washing machine and dryer are in the covered back courtyard.
Watch TV in the snug or tuck yourself into bed and enjoy your favourite channel.

Frangipani Apartment Fremantle is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a medium term stay. Pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glassware and you will enjoy the crisp bamboo sheets and fleecy towels during your stay.
The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with lovely light filtering through the main living room window. Sit in the back courtyard, watch the goldfish in the trickle pond or pick a book from the dining room library to enjoy.
