This one bedroom apartment is a short six k’s east of the City of Perth in Maylands located on the edge of a vibrant al fresco and specialty shopping precinct.
Maylands’ Eighth Avenue precinct has come alive over the last twelve months or so and now includes a bevy of interesting shops, cafes and eateries along side existing service outlets of bank, doctor, post office and 7 day trading supermarket.
While there is parking at this property, you don’t really need a car when you’re staying at Three on Whatley , conveniently located only a few minutes walk to the eclectic Whatley Crescent and very close to the Maylands train station. Only four stops into Perth!
The apartment can sleep a maximum of three people: there is a lovely queen sized bed and a comfortable sofa bed with bedding and crisp linen provided..
A minimum stay period of seven nights applies here though our past guests have preferred longer stays.
Features include a fully equipped kitchen with small dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, refrigerator and microwave. The flat is an open plan style with breakfast bar doubling as meals preparation space. An L shaped sofa bed, dining table that seats four, large flat screen tv and coffee table share this space that overlooks a North facing garden patio.
An ensuite bathroom sits off the bedroom and contains a clothes washer and dryer.
